As a family-owned and operated service, they take great pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects their strong family values and genuine care for every child and family.

With over 30 years of combined experience across education, operations, human resources, and finance, they have built a strong foundation in both early learning and business leadership. Catherine’s background in teaching and her deep understanding of early childhood development ensure a strong focus on educational excellence and meaningful learning outcomes for every child. Francesca’s extensive experience in operations, including the management of administrative systems, financial processes, and policy implementation, ensures the centre runs efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.

Having successfully led the centre together for several years—previously as Kool Kidz Preston (KKP) and now as Little Bright Starz—they have developed a collaborative leadership style built on trust, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to quality care. Their complementary strengths allow them to seamlessly balance both the educational and operational aspects of the centre.

They are also joined by Tara Cadby, Francesca’s daughter-in-law, who brings a warm and welcoming presence to the team. Tara contributes her strong customer service skills, genuine love of children, and a passion for ensuring every family’s experience is positive, supportive, and memorable.Together, Catherine, Francesca, and Tara create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired to learn.
